Since 2010, Mr. Alverà has been Chief Executive Officer of eni trading and shipping, which manages all the commodity trading and shipping activities for Eni. He co-founded Netesi in 2000. He served as Chief Executive Officer of Eni SpA since 2010. He served as Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer for special initiatives at Eni since his joining in 2005. He served as Head of Group Corporate Strategy at Enel from 2002 to 2005. He served as Chief Financial Officer at Wind Telecom, overseeing the sale of Wind to Orascom since 2004.
