83 årig mand, dømt for at slukke cigaretten hos en ryger med vand

...The man doused his neighbour on a particular hot summer night back in August when he was having trouble sleeping.

The he man opened his window to cool off his bedroom only to be met with a cloud of cigarette billowing up from the balcony below.

Angered, the 83-year-old took drastic measures to help clear the night air of the pungent fumes.

“I went and fetched a bucket from the closet and filled it with water. Yeah, then the cigarette was put out,” the 83-year-old to BLT at the time charges were filed against him....
