The company has raised over $7 million in capital to date, and provides their web-based customer support platform to notable companies including Twitter and MSNBC. While Mikkel and the team started the company in Denmark, they have since moved to San Francisco where they’ve grown to more than 50 staff, serving more than 5,000 customers and providing customer support to hundreds of thousands more.Nu ved jeg ikke hvilke bevæggrunde der ligger bag deres beslutning for at flytte (virksomheden) fra Danmark til San Fransisco i USA, men under alle omstændigheder kan man sige at Danmark er blevet "fattigere" fordi de netop er flyttet.
